This project, a second in a series, continues to explore the architectural vocabulary established in the NOVE 1 project. The wedge-shaped solution is a direct result of numerous site constraints and peculiar property boundaries. The 3200 square foot home is clad in a stone panel system with aluminum windows and doors. The program is divided between a public ground level, a private upper level and guest lower level. A double-height space creates a gallery for the client’s art. The project was completed in the fall of 2009.
